Usual process :
1) A game stays uncracked for 2-3 days
2) Everyone and their mother acknowledges thiis protection as uber-elite
3) Every noob on earth panics about the future of piracy "fffuuu whatever will we do now ?!?!"
4) Crack comes out, noobs are like "dude this game sucks, worst game evah"

Maybe it's me that is missing the point I thought that Glottis comment on the impenetrable 'three layers of protection = 2x drm 1xshitty game np one wants to crack was reasonably apposite. But the posts that every game is gonna be like this and never get cracked are neither witty nor correct.
There is a reasonable likelihood that this protection will get worked around if not in avatar, then another game that peeps are so determined to play that someone with the skills does step up.
It's like vga said every time a game goes for more than a week before it is cracked, the doomsayers predict the end of warez is nigh I don't see it. These guys (publishers) are sounding more and more desperate and hysterical with every move they make.

Is this the same kind of protection (but latest version) used in Codename Panzers Cold War?

Protection as such is nearly identical to Riddick and Stalker Clear Sky (Tages/Solidshield with online activation.) but this is a somewhat newer version of it.

as far i know Stalker CS isn't with online activation but tages only. anyway i will wait for a crack. i do not have intention to support companies with this crappy drm

I think I understand you, but don't be too sad if Avatar won't be cracked soon. I played it on xbox360 and it's pretty boring like most movie tie in games...

i read in some russian forum that even DarkCoder didnt success to crack this new protection and right now he dont work on this game , i think we will see more and more protections like this.

i read in some book with a cross on it that even Jesus (who pirated fish and wine) didnt 'success' to crack this new protection and right now he dont work on this game , i think we will see more protection like this on cars , women , underpants and DNF . i herd that dis new protection will make your dick shrink if you use a fake key or crack.
