You can add Dodgeball to your lists. Another fabulous character from Ben Stiller.

Ruthless people
Shaun of the Dead
Naked gun (all 3)
Hot shots (both. 1 and 2)
Airplane (both. 1 and 2)
Dodgeball (had it's moments)
Anchorman ( Smile )

About Hitman: Movie (2007)
Vin Diesel is a hardcore gamer, and absolutely loves the Hitman series. For that reason I have faith that he wont destroy the movie.

Response: Well, Uwe Boll probably loved the Alone in the Dark games.

I just recently saw Rushmore for the first time, and it is an incredible movie if your looking for more intelligent humor. I'm not saying I don't like upfront humor like anyone else though Smile Bill Murray plays a great part and the main character is played insanely well.

I can't believe no one has mentioned "There's Something About Mary"! Also, the 3 naked gun films were awesome, first Airplane movie was awesome, Shaun of the Dead was great, Monty Python always rocks.
Top honors from me: Naked Gun series.

actually, Mutantius's list is pretty much identical to my own, except I didn't like The Ladykillers (Tom Hanks version).
