Well, I can tell you 3 people to heed game talk from, Spiderman, Sabin and JB Beckman, they like EVERYTHING! If it runs on their computer they'll play it

Anyone having a strange graphics problem with this game? It runs fine for... 10-15 minutes maybe, and then the graphics corrupt badly... It still works, it's just difficult to play as you can't make out much of the graphics.

Has anyone tried Cheat Engine in this?
Money can be directly changed, but I'm unable to get a grip on exp and skill/statpoints... I managed to add exp once by an accident, and further digging only managed to crash the game.
If someone has managed to edit the exp and skill values in this, I'd like to know the value types of the variables...

i started playing this for like 20 min. the graphic is ugly. it looks like a pre-2001 game and plays like one from that time. everything looks so drab and uninspiring. anyway, i'll probably revisit this game after i'm bored with dao.

I "completed" it yesterday, the story never really takes off and it's a bit messy (Translation issue?) but it's a fun action-rpg though it isn't particularly deep and the levels are way to big and alll are huge forested squares save for a couple of late game dungeons (Whom you'll be going trough all in a single row onwards to the final fight.)
Quite a lot of nice items, every town you visit as you keep going adds stronger and stronger equipment, my dwarf technologist companion had a chaingun and nuke grenade (+3000 damage and a bit more.) whereas my main guy had full plate suite with tower shield and a katana plus a zweihander or what they're called to really hack trough the opposition, some of the later spells own but you really need them, such as the ability to rip out a soul causing a 50% chance of instant death on everything. (Spammed that spell at the last couple of sections as a hundred or so angry soldiers were after me.)
Unfortunately with "completed" I mean I only got as far as the game allows, there's a broken string or script or something when talking to the endboss so the game will crash and can't be finished but up till then it was a fun ride if a bit boring at times with certain objectives dragging on forever until completed.
(The main quest segment is mastering all spell elements and then you just go trough five dungeons in search for ancient artifacts learining bits about the story and lore of the game world before arriving at the end sequence.)
Oh and that 50% spell to kill is nothing compared to what later foes can do as they have abilities to instantly kill a random party member and when you reach a group of such foes (Phantoms mainly.) you better hope you can resist the attacks or the party will die quickly.
(Can have six members and there's nine or so companions all in all, main character is pretty multi classed whereas others specialize in either totem magic, warrior, mechanical or various mage abilities.)
Lots of quests if you can find the blue little dot on the map or the green symbol above the character and various ways to accomplish it, you get a ton of money later on but equipment really costs as well though with the massive amount of enemies in later stages it's not hard to get better gear if you survive long enough.
EDIT: Really liked the loading screens as well, nicely drawn if a bit over-erotical at times.

Did you try this?
Quote: | The only way to finish the game is deleting the media1.pk (english localization) before the final boss fight, otherwise the game crashes, so the long dialogue near the end is in russian. |

I dunno....
There is something to this game.... Its as if the game hints that there is a large beautiful diamond inside of it, with rough dirty edges.
I can get around the edges (storyline, translation, GUI) but am indeed in hopes for the large beautiful diamond.
I can say this at least.....give the game a try until you unlock the first tier of magic spells for the main character....that is where it takes off IMO...and where I currenlty am

BIG thanks for the link!
Also, out of curiousity....I'm contemplating saving the majority of my skill points until I have ALL the tiers of magic unlocked...mainly so I can max out what I want.
Any suggestion for my thought process there?

If you mean the later elemental spells then waiting a bit before spending skill points is a valid tactic if you can manage without acquiring other abilities as it'll be a while before you can use all of the spells.
(The really powerful ones are closer to the centre of the "circle" but require a mix of other elemental spells to use as is seen from their description when howering above them.)
Other skills and abilitites can also be learned from the various clans around the world albeit not to the extent that say that big guy from the "Bear" clan or the woman of the "Wolf" clan have access to.
(Some team members, most actually, specialize in a specific skill "tree" like a dwarf being very technical adept whereas another companion might be skilled in certain magical skills and abilities, Tele differs a bit with her being able to cast "Unknown" magic which is pretty powerful later on like a spell with a chance to instantly kill any enemy.)
Bit hard to say how to best spend attribute and skill points but be aware that it's fairly late in the game when you finally gain access to all magic related skills.

well that makes sense, thanks!
I hope to run across some party members that have some interesting spells so I can try them before putting points into them.
.....google won't even assist with this next simple question.....
what is the level cap?

LOL thanks!
I could definately see myself getting to lvl 99 in D2 and Torchlight......
But I'd go insane trying to do that with this game. Not that it is bad....but....
