No, it doesn't need that....just change the maxbars to 10 and the other one (maxinterval or summit) to 20 and that should be it. No need for any other tweaks there.

this game is so so awesome, instead of 30ms now i have 120ms ping (the higher the better right?) this pos is worthless, fuck this shit... and no its not about my connection. why on earth did they try to push that console shit on us, doesnt even matter if it works ok on consoles cos it will never work as good as dedicated servers. jesus fuckin christ i feel so sorry for the people who actually paid for this pathetic piece of shit(it really hurts to say this as a die hard cod fan) hahaha. never settle for less! and i did try it with original one and it feels like theres a constant suck on my dick because this game is like the ze ultimate cocksucking machine

I don't care about the ping. I look max 2-3 times to the pings and then go on. The leveling is addictive and when youre better then an 'average' opponent feels good.

Did you try other game modes? Ground War lobby seems buggy for me too, but other lobbies are pretty fast. They are working on a real patch btw, so lots of fixes and balance issues will be addressed.
