All TV shows are tagged like that (IIRC I have been a long time away) if they are capped from a HDTV source, regardless of the format they are encoded in.
But as I said the BBCHD channel is hardly Hd anyways (well it is in name) as the quality if viewed via Sky / Freesat is a bit poop at times.

watch the first two episodes, it's ok - it's entertaining enough - however there are some massive plot holes / stupid things that spoil it.
E.g. in episode two, the scientist guy just happens to recognise a type of sound proofing material from a grainy crappy photo? Oh come on. Lots of stupid bits, but still worth a watch. Could have been alot better just with a bit more thinking....!
