Does anyone know of a place online that sells parts for RC cars and trucks? I bought my 3yr old son this huge John Deere RC tractor and he has already managed to break the antenna on the remote. Its one of those antenna's that can screw off. For the life of me, I can't find a place that sells just the antenna's for the remotes. A lot of the places i've found online sell parts for the higher models of RC's, not the average RC toys.

I use tower hobbies for my RC needs. Or my Local Hobby shop.
Is your john deere toy grade or hobby grade. Parts are hard to come by for toy grade RC.

I would say its toy grade. On the remote it has a button for the horn, lights, engine etc.
The antenna he broke is a telescopic antenna. And at the end of the antenna it has a threaded hole and you screw the antenna into the remote.

ahh, easy fix. I bet you could find a replacement at your local hobby shop. A futaba one maybe the same size. Usually there made at a common factory for many manufacturers. And it sounds like it a generic antenna.
Or just open it up and solder a coat hanger like snoop mentioned. Just make sure its the same length.
