They aren't banning Russian keys afaik, but you are using it illegally so don't be surprised if they do ban it one day. Russian version is strictly to be sold only in Russia and Baltic states. |

Illegal? Not this crap again.
Whoever distributes the game in Russia would have a contract with sellers in Russia to only sell to Russians. If they caught one of those sellers ignoring that contract they could do something about it. Now if some random party comes along and buys a tonne of games off a seller and offers keys online nothing can be done. The goods could very well have a no resale clause of some kind but I don't have any understanding of Russian consumer law to go into that. If anyone is breaking a law it's the seller not the buyer.
That said those in charge could easily block retail Russian keys being used in other countries as has been done before.

But I see how they could say that. Today we had a few annoying people like that, and I was amazed how far the knife can get. He was running at me, and I thought surely I was gonna get him, but he bent space time continuum and knifed me from like 10 feet. It is especially annoying on smaller maps like skidrow. Those back alley spots are perfect for that. Every time I could see the dude and shoot him several times, but it was no use since it was not HC. But luckily there are HC servers where people dont run like chickens with no heads, and it doesnt take a magazine to kill someone. I only wish HC would support ground wars as I really like 9 vs 9. Some maps like trainyard or wastelands feel very empty with 12 people, especially on HC where people are afraid to move.
And anyone else getting pretty bad lags today. I have 4 bars constantly but there is a slight rubberbanding, and very noticeable microlag. And when it went down to 3 bars, I had to quit because there was some serious rubber banding and people were warping.
Sig too big. -Nothing is too big for Fedor. Expect a nasty armbar.

You really can't win in this game (same with any online shooter, to be honest) I got SO much shit from using my ninja class (Magnum+TacKnife, Lightweight/Marathon/Commando) that I switched to solely using my ACR and, at the time, single 1887 lever-action. Now I have akimbo on my 1887s, I'm getting shit again.
Pfeh. To semi-quote someone else; I love making bitches like that nerdrage and quit the game.
Personally I think sniping is insanely unfair in this. There's no penalty whatsoever, you can hide anywhere, view the entire map, pick people off in 1 or 2 hits without them even seeing you - but you don't hear me screaming about taking sniper rifles out, or nerfing them, so why people bitch about shotguns (which I used in MW1 too) or knives is just beyond me. As far as I'm concerned, the only truly game-breaking shit is dolphin dives and excessive 'nade spamming.

I have to admit, most of the times I get a nuke is mostly luck. Just get to 6 kills and get my harrier, let it kill 4 people so I can get a chopper gunner out, and then 14 kills with that is usually no problem.
Still though, it's hilarious when people say I hack with the chopper gunner just cause people don't shoot it down and let me kill their whole team multiple times.

Aye! I know a lot of people, mostly seasoned pros from MW1, complain about MW2 - but I reckon is GREAT fun. tons of bullshit, as always, but mostly fun. If only we had dedicated servers, it would be epic.

Wait, you are talking about snipers being unfair? Unfair that they are useless; than yes I agree. I am level 31 and I have NEVER seen a sniper dominate anything (or even have a decent score). The maps are so small, there are really no good spots to comfortably lay down and wait for an opportunity . The only exception would be wasteland and trainyard, but I only saw moderate success from snipers there because in this game weapons are really accurate and put some ACOG or thermal and its a lot better than a sniper rifle since you can defend yourself if somebody gets close by.
I like sniping in general and had success in MW1, but here I tried it a few times, and it just seemed like it doesnt belong in this run and gun game.

Snipers are actually good in this game, that if u know some tactics. Well they actually made sniper rifles a non-camper weapon. So basically u must shoot and move. One kill new location and so on works perfect and gives a good score. With the "intervention" is a bit tricky because of long reloading seeing it is a bolt action weapon. But it works. With fast aim is even easier.U just need to know the layout pretty good. Also u must know on which part of map enemies are spawned. Give it a try and develop your own movement patterns. Shoot... move shoot move. I encourage using a smg as second weapon for better def while relocating.
I also enjoy very much area camping, i have lots o patience and can wait. There are areas on maps which enemies are using gradually more than others. and they also have a vantage point were a sniper could stay and kill some.

The run around with the tac-knife thingy is insane, on some maps which are very crowded all you do is keep getting kills by just running around like a tard.
The akimbo shotty's are only good in close to mid range....and since I can be a moron I try to snipe with them and fail, miserably. >.<
Ohh, and I've been called a wallhacker so far. o.O
Mostly cause I got a pair of new headphones and I can hear EVERYTHING compared to what I heard on my 5.1 speakers. 
Btw, are you guys playing arcade mode or hardcore mode?
I've totally given up on arcade cause I think it looks like a big poo, but in hardcore mode it's way harder getting kills due to the constant camping from everyone, so going around the map is much more of a hazard than it normally would be.
