Microsucks is breaking the law when the are disable a future on something you own the only thing they can do thats not breaking the law is ban you from xbl but ms did not only do that they want to crash your xb360 so you cant use your own xb to the limit media center is disablet harddisk and some more infact thery have no right to breake into your house they do not own your xbox360 and you can do what ever you like to do with it . Its fine they ban you from xbl but crash you xb is not legal ...

Its a legal contract between MS and the User , why did you sign for it in the first place ?? ow wait no one actualy read those shit and think naaah this wont happen to me.
But when shit happends they all start to cry, and come with nonsence remarks that its not a legal document.
To be honest I dont feel sorry for the ones that are banned and blame MS for this while its there own fault , I do feel sorry for the ones that are banned and say damn what a idiot was I , I should have know this could have happend to me and never should not have connected to LIVE.

No, it's not legal, as in you won't get in jail for breaking it. At most, if you break it, it is considered a breach of contract, and Microsoft could sue you in a civil court for cash. That is all. Moreover, a judge can nullify an EULA (or any other contract) if he feels it is unfair for one of the sides. Stop embarrassing yourself by repeating the same bullshit over and over.

In this iNatan is right. The question is always; "Is what Microsoft desires from the user with in the legal bounds of the law?". So the only important thing is wether or not some parts are in conflict with the law. If the EULA is not in conflict with the law then it's a binding agreement.

Well first you should learn to spell. Second nothing is disabled or destroyed on your Xbox.
When you get banned because you have a modified xbox you get:
1 Banned from Xbox LIVE (but only your console is banned. You or your gamercard are not)
2 Your save games are flagged as unsafe. They still work on the banned console but are simply flagged with a warning that the source of the data is not save for "non-modified consoles". this is in no way illegal or crippeling the user.
3 No more HD install from the corrupt box. Well that's the only strange action when you thnk about it. Microsoft might say that it is for security reasons. Wether that is leagal or not that we will have to see.
They don't crash your xbox. They don't steal any personal information. Your xbox is simply flagged as unreliable source which you would want as consumer anyway. Otherwise people would be able to hook up anything they like to the Xbox LIVE service and it would be full of hackers, cheaters, and virusses.
Most important is that the law is not what you think is fair or not fair. Both consumer and the company have rights. Consumer has rights to a good and save product. But the company has rights to defend it's product from wrong use.

ILLStid : if they break into my xbox that i own they are breaking the law they have nothing to do on my xbox or any othere xbox so simply is it. Where do you see me talking about jail lol you really think you know everything right but for you I let you think that.
The thing I was saying and even a JOSTI would understand that , that on the moment you agree to there terms you got nothing to cry on when they ban you and make you console useless for saves , installments and all other stuff , they basicly bring back you console to what it was before the NXE, why because on the moment you went online you agreed to THERE TERMS.
So ones more where do you see me say jail or anything else , you should try and read my broken english a bit better instead instead of adding stuff I never said.
Stop crying over your banned modded console and buy a new one , flash it and play without going online and if you want to play online buy another one and use that one for the online gaming , instead of crying and saying how they suck etc etc etc , and if you still go on saying how they suck and what they do was illegal then sign up for that law suit or do one against them youself however I got a feeling that you already know you wont make a chance.
And dont add words I never said , it looks stupid and foolish.

Modding a console alone can get your console banned, while it is not illegal to mod what you own anywhere in the world, including USA or EU (yes, in Israel as well). Nowhere on the lawsuit there is mention of not being able to play pirated games.
