users as all,week a go, some one I know got banned,he didn't mod his console at all,
his only "crime" was to play burned Resident Evil 5 Demo early this year.

just to let you know. ive just plugged my flashed xbox in, and tried to connect to live, and im banned!!! nevermind, i dont give a flying fuck, i have a legit elite and ps3. so microsoft can go and fuck themselfs, bunch of cock sucking assholes. ill just use that for offline play, and if a games that good, ill buy the fucker to play online. ive had a few beers after work, and now im raging, haha, fuck ms u sad fucks

I've been saying the very same thing for months, mate My point is that WSUK logged on a few days ago and wasn't banned. If he was flagged for a ban prior to that, he'd have BEEN banned then, right? He wasn't. That's what makes me think the wave is still ongoing for now.

Here's some food for thought; Modding the 360 isn't illegal in the EU, it was deemed legal by the EU High Courts. Microsoft are going to get slammed by this upcoming lawsuit and it serves them fucking right. Ban from the service; fine. Disrupt functionality of the hardware itself outside of the service; illegal.

I personally think that because they have done more than ban people from Xbox live I think they have overstepped their mark and may have committed an illegal act.
I dont think people will be unbanned but I reckon they will be forced to unban people for a limited time and to changed the firmware so that the downloads they paid for are back on and the BC but I reckon they will reintroduce the ban after a period of time.
