Question, a bit out of laziness, but I was wondering: can I still connect my recently banned xbox to a pc and stream video?
When I got banned, I took the xbox out of the network, so I can't check it quickly.

Yeah, because reconnecting now is going to magically make the ban go away, right. Yup. As it's been said many times; if you're going to get banned during this wave, then there's nothing you can do to stop it. Disconnecting during the wave won't stop it, you'll just get banned as soon as you connect. |
might be a silly question, mine is flashed with 1.51 lite on, and i disconnected it begiining of the month and im using my legit one for now. I removed the hard drive from my flashed box and ran a network test, and istill havnt been banned surely if i was flagged to be banned, i would of been banned as soon as i connected?

Correct. If it was banned you would have got the message when you connected to do the test.

This lawsuit is going nowhere. What a waste of time.

Bullshit. It's going places... it's going to sting MS hard because they broke the law when they tampered with the functionality of something they don't own.

People that whine , cry etc etc about being banned are just pathetic idiots , they know the risk they wanna play games online and they cant because they banned well simple get a job but the one that made this lawsuit is probale a fat guy from the US that eats hamburgers all day.
Sorry to those that might get offended by my reaction but its the simple truth , flash u box and u know the risk dont start to cry if it happends to you.
Just my 2 cents

I can understand and even sympathise with microsoft for banning altered/modded Xbox 360's.
What I cant abide by is the fact that a lot of my bought Xbox live arcade games have reverted back to being trail games, and Backwards compatibilty has been disabled/reset.
Sorry I paid for those game I should be able to keep them. regardless.

They didn't remove your bought games. They are still on your live account, you can transfer all of what you bought from live to another xbox and it will work. Yes, MS is that smart.

the full games are still playable on the original console they were downloaded on unless you moved the DRM licenses onto a different machine. Also you can transfer your account to a non-banned console and redownload the full games again, thus you have 2 machines now both with the same set of games.
