Flash Cart? You mean a adapter that lets you put a micro sd card into a complact flash adapter that basicly lets you use a micro sd card in a compact flash slot?? Can I buy any or have to be these brands you linked? I see standard micro sd/compact flash adapters on ebay, woudl rather buy off there than website I never heard of.
Aye, they're colloquially called "flash carts" And you can use any specific card, as long as it's compatible with whatever model DS you buy. I just linked to the two best ones

No, it has to be a flash cart -- no "compact flash". You can buy NDS flash carts off eBay, but they ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO *BE* NINTENDO DS CARTS. Don't just go buy a MicroSD adaptor, that would be hilariously dumb
