It's syncing with Steamcloud after you exit the game. Always the highest level will be copied to/from Steamcloud. So if you reinstall, you download your profile from Steamcloud.

It's very easy to fool Steamcloud to accept any stats you want, so it's as easy cheating as the client side stats.

Does someone with a key starting with 2BB** got his key banned aswel?
Mine is still working, but friend with 2DR** isn't working anymore.
I mailed onlinekeystore. How is working a refund? Do it take long?

- Order number
- Transactin ID (Paypal, Moneybooker)
- Paypal/Moneybookers email address
- Game name
- Screenshot of failure
- Infected CD KEY
We will check it with Steam Support and find out what time and date it was registered, then let u know what we do next refund/replace/ban or other solution.

To my knowledge, this hasn't happened before. It's JUST Activision being the biggest cunts in the industry.
A good friend of mine just got his 2DR key banned. Mine is still working fine. |
It has happened before, in a way. Focus Interactive the people who made Blood Bowl were quite mad when they saw people were buying keys from G2Play and OKS instead of buying directly from the dev.
So they decided to ban these keys, saying they were stolen from some office in China. Anyway, from what I can see I can still play BB online (but I havent checked in the last 2 months).

I got a refund for my disabled key from lioncorpkeys. They offered me a new key but I turned it down because I don't trust the greedy giant called Activision.
If Activision thinks I'm gonna run out and buy MW2 at $59 they are sadly mistaken. $29 is enough to pay for this shitty console port.

Umm, I'm pretty sure they also banned Orange Box keys for the same reason. So people should know better than to fuck around with Steam games like this and buy keys that aren't meant for your region.

It should work, the game stores the profiles in your pc, just copy them and tell us how it goes.
