Really, i couldn't agree more. The game is amazing and it's itching too to buy the game for MP.

Anyway, multiplayer is great, few of my friends already bought it, they are old school PC multiplayer FPS gamers and they had not a single complaint. I'm buying as well asap.

there's a mp crack (iw4mpcrk.exe) from Russian, now I can enter the MP, but the crack is not 100% perfect, so I can only play these MP maps by myself, can't search other players.

took me 5h30m..and what can i say.......it was EPIC!
yes wayyyyyyyyyyyyy better then any other cod and mw1 !
each mission just stunning!like a fucking action packed movie...
really that was 5h30m best quality FPS experience i eva had.
makes me do wanna buy this game for mp even with all the minus in it.

Imo the SP was the same as all the other CODs and MOH games. Nothing new and nothing special. A few nifty things here and there and some aggravating ones.
Also hated the feature where all the enemies suddenly jump on your ass as soon as you make a threatening move.
The game also had an annoying problem on my system. Awful jerkyness at some points.
Modern Warfare 2 for PC is a console-focused game that fails to reach the lofty standards set by its predecessor. Matchmaking is as woeful as you would expect, and the campaign mode is too short and plays like it was designed by a committee. The Special Ops mode fails to lift the uniform score of this game to anything worthy of remembrance.
Ups:
Character animations. Cinematics are cleverly constructed. Weapons are well modelled and accurately represented. Tension is adequately managed and the Special Ops mode is admittedly quite fun, even if it is restricted to two players.
Downs:
Matchmaking for multiplayer forces everyone to be mediocre. Everything is done via. Steam. The campaign storyline borders on incomprehensibility. No modding possible. Audio is often inappropriate and intrusive. Shock value of airport scene questionable. Leaning and custom console commands have been removed. Most of the firefights are too busy and cheap deaths abound. It's too expensive.

Well played a few missions (SP), and personally dont like it... sound of weapons is just poor(especially ak-47), no lean -.-, spawning enemies everywhere, short missions etc

What the hell are you trying to ask? Is this game running with Steam and Skidrow's crack? Que? If you mean "do you need Steam with Skidrow's crack" then the answer is NO.

Why don't you just bloody try it? :-\ The crack is what? 15MB at most? If you've already DLed the Steam version, just try the crack. If you've not already downloaded the Steam version, then don't! Download the Skidrow one instead.
