Look for .bin files, usually developers hide the .exe's as bin's, take for example NCSoft.
If the file type is changed to .exe and it suddenly has an icon than bingo.
Just a hunch, worth a try, I guess.

Not sure, the only thread that I can remember (game related that is) that was absolutely freaking HUGE even before release was Doom 3, that one had a new page every 10-15 minutes. It was absolutely ridiculous... And no, that thread isn't here anymore, it vanished with the forum wipe we had waaay back. :/ |
yah i was part of that back then, although i neva posted alot of nasty people around at that time... lol if you know what i mean!

ign says starting with Alpha, and moving to Bravo, Charlie, Delta, and Echo. All in all there are 23 challenges to check out (a few of which are co-op only), for a starting total of 69 stars in all.
