I really hope it's completely uncut AO version of the game, that's the only reason I've been waiting for it on PC.

A lot of the "red" attacks/executions (Blue, yellow and red in terms of power, similar to the levels of violence during attacks in the first game depending on how long you hold down the button.) seem to be targeted at the balls or ass of the victim, several others exist though as that video shows.
