what the f*ck?! everywhere in germany and around here like amazon and other retailers say the street date is 10th Novemeber! Why would they unlock it 2 days later in europe?! so you can buy the game and sit there 2 days waiting to unlock it?! WTF?

All signs point to that being true yes. But on the Monday thing, isn't steam unlocking MW2 for Europe on the 12th and not on the 10th?
Either way, no you will most likely not be able to play until it unlocks on the release date. |

How many times do you have to be told?
You aren't (99% chance that you aren't) getting it before release, move on.

Haven't you been reading the thread, if the scene is unable to bypass steam, you won't get a release before the 12th, that's when steam unlocks it.

My bet is so that Americans can play the multiplayer smoothly, because otherwise simultaneous launch in both continent would result in hammered IWnet service. Adding more servers to the cluser to handle it costs money. Having Europeans wait to play the game they paid for is cheaper.

I don't use Steam so I didn't installed this program on my computer. Should I install this application before MW2 reach us? Or it will install automatically when some release come to us?

There's already been quite the discussion about that, it uses SIM (Steam Image?) files so a key is needed to extract them without being all encrypted and that won't be released until the game is out or just before (9th perhaps?)
(There's a few posts about it in the L4D, Empire Total War and Fear 2 threads, method is a bit outdated after searching around a bit but the process is still similar even with newer utilities so once the key is available unpacking it should work, wether it contains stuff like core EXE files or not is another issue but once it's out properly that's not a issue as Steam will supply the files and I guess it won't use any special protection either, who knows though.)
