Nope, no way to store things. I wouldn't worry though, you'll find better level 22 weapons once you actually get to that level.

Inventory space is increased through helping the claptraps you find throughout the game. Most of the stuff you find is just junk anyway, and by lvl25 or so you will have all four weapon slots unlocked, allowing you to have one of basically each type of weapon you will ever use.
(sniper, shotgun, automatic, and maybe a heavy hitting AoE weapon, or even an alien one)
With that being said, most of the time you will only replace your current weapon with the new ones you find. Exceptions are the elemental weapons, from which you might want to have somevariety, but those 2-3 extra items really do not take up that much inventory space when you have 20+ slots.
As for weapon editing and other game hacking methods, im no big fan of them. Definitely not for the first playthrough. Having an awesome gun might be fun, but if you want to enjoy a game like this, item progression is a big part of the experience.. finding bigger and meaner guns is half the fun
I also have my concerns about how edited weapons might influence MP games... i assume it will turn into an open BNET diablo, where all the 'cool kids' are running around with uber crap they made through editors.
I hope im wrong.. really like the game, and if it wouldnt be for Dragon Age, i would surely play it all day long

The highest you can get by playing legit is 45 slots.

Just edit the damn .ini to get more slots. I don't consider it cheating because it's so easy to do, they would have made it harder do do if they really wouldn't want people to do it. I have 100 slots now and I think the game is more fun when you don't have to worry about throwing stuff away all the time.

On the second playthrough it is possible to go above the 45 claptrap inventory limit. The game sometimes gives you another SDU even when it's not suppossed too. I had 51 inventory space half way through on the second play through without any editing etc.

Anyone know if it's possible to slow down the chat in co-op? Well I mean so that the text would stay longer on the screen. It's really annoying how fast it is default, we've missed many lines of "important" chatter.
edit: second question. How to get rid of the echo voices you get in co-op? With 2 players it was double echo when shooting and NPC noises, with 3rd palyer it tripled. Maybe the voice chat thing has something to do with it.

if your talking about just the game noises but yet your not able to hear the voices of the person, it's a game bug, like with creative cards has an option of "what you hear" that'll take output and route it back as input.

Is there a way to earn all skill points (to assign all skills to the max) by editing some ini ro config files?

Yep, it was down to the voice option enabled. False there and enemy, npc and similar noises were fixed.

I've got 17 pages there, and not one fucking word from the staff.
It's 2K games, you know, the ones that were the death of bioshock? the ones that scrapped the SDK for it as well?
Alas, I will not suppot this game any further if this is how it's going to be played out. 2 weeks and no patch, yet the consoles got one almost instantly. No moddding allowed, DLC announced before the game was even "out" which was already a buggy mess.

Aye, as I said to you on MSN yesterday --- there ain't gonna be an SDK. 2K realised how much money they'd lose on lost sales for DLC. Assholes.
