Does disableing EnableShadows=1 @ the ini works for someone?
Shadows remain visible when i put a zero over there.
Quality setting low does disable shadows, but its too low

Uhm. Has anyone actually PLAYED the DLC. It shows as enabled in game menu, but when you actually speak to the NPC he is put in a constant loop of dialog, and Soldiers Peak doesn't actually appear on the in-game map. Same with the town that houses the golem.

If I didn't miss anything:
so far there are 7 promo items EDG, EMB, HOD, LKS, LNP, WAR, WKD
and there are 2 full DLC's (Stone Prisoner and Warden's Keep).
My question is what is the difference between AddIns and Offers? Since I got both of them for Stone Prisoner and Warden's Keep. Are they both required to be installed for each?

Nah, PROMO_6 doesn't exist -- you get thrown back to a 404 page (not found), rather than a 403 (unauthorised) instead. We want 403, because that we can work from. 404 is a dead end.

i just cant get the stone prisoner to work, have files in offers and addins folders but its just not there, all the other dlc´s could be added

I just looked online and it turns out it's not "Dalish Ring" -- but "Dalish Promise Ring" - so that opens a lot more possibilities. I'm gonna stop on the ring right now, it's really bugging me, I'll check out some of the others.
