Worked here, placed the .dmp (Probably isn't needed.) and the .dazip in the same folder and then just browsed to them via the updater program.
(It'll update the addins.xml automatically.)

Just open it with 7zip or WinRAR/ZIP and extract the folder into your AddIns folder, then edit the AddIns.xml (in Settings) with the info I just posted. Should work fine then.

Yes you need to backup your current AddIns.xml, updater will create new for 1 addon, so you need to copy "<AddInItem ....... to </AddInItem>" tag to your big xml file with other stuff. May be it will work just by updating through updater but for me it just crashed in the end when there was my big xml already exist

regarding the 2 main DLC's stone prisoner and warden keep, before using the dazip file which was posted earlier, i checked my offers folder and already have 2 folders dao_prc_ocp_2 and dao_prc_onrx_1 . i think these 2 folders are somehow related to the 2 dlcs, but they are named differently from the ones in addins, like with the additional "o" .

I tried these, installed them. the Promo stuff works says Enabled, but the Stone Prisoner and Wardens Keep say Unauthorized..?
There a way to fix that?

Edit your AddIns.xml and look for "auth" -- change all occurrences from 1 to 0.
Right now I'm feverishly working to discover the 3-letter part for the Dalish Ring.
