Impossible. They wouldn't waste resources porting just to release it exclusively to a limited Russian marked. English release will come out sooner or later.

(It's a Wii/PS2 port, Bully was a bit updated as it was the X360 edition - which was a port of the X-Box edition in turn - but this seems to be farely unaltered aside from PC conversion and 3D monitor support based on those screens if those are genuine and not from the previous console version of the game.)
Manhunt 2 was crap. I stopped playing it after an hour or so. I am not even going to download it. Also, PS2 port? In 2010? WTF?

Still not out but its already 7 AM in the USA. Well, I'm curious what we're gonna get. Since the website states Rockstar London as developer, I guess we'll get the PS2 port. The Wii Version was done by Rockstar Toronto and included three additional weapons (mace / razor / bottle) minus the Katana and more blood on the clothes/hands minus decapitations. Its a little lose-lose anyways if the ports arent merged. Oh man imagine we could have all the content from the uncensored ps2 beta, poppin heads, all the wii weapons AND super-bloody clothing. Yea keep on dreaming..
So, when its out, how will it surface? Scene grps prolly dont give a shit about those kinds of DDL releases. I have no idea what copy protection d2d uses so is it gonna appear on some torrent tracker or what
That website is just guessing. No one played the Pc Version of MH 2 yet. But I totally expect it to include the original plier executions, additional bloodspurts and a revealing execution filter (or none at all).
Now take a look at that:
Its the uncut Wii Version go to 2:45 and check out Danny mauling his enemies with the Razor blade. Do you see how everybody gets soaked in blood?
That wasnt even in the PS2 beta and thus probably wont be in the PC Version.

A whole lot of posts in this thread will probably be about the visual quality once it's released though.
(After all it's a PS2 or Wii port, similar to Bully but that one atleast got a upgrade with the previous X360 port before arriving on PC, heh.)
Other than that I enjoyed the first game, can't say anything about the sequel as I never played it, execution sequences do look pretty bloody but not much else like gore or dismemberment or that's what I've seen for example in that above video.)
