Its central Argentina. The circuits officially called Potrero de los Funes.
Its a new circuit (reletively speaking) and was finished November 2008. FIA GT's race there (except this year) but its back on the calender for next years FIA GT World Series.

In terms of the 8k, I mean its very high in the mountains so its bloody hot and the air is thin. Makes the cars do some unexpected things as engines don't generally run at that altitude in such heat.

coming home around 17.00 and then extract and burn
will take 40 min for me to burn @ 2.4x
