I had this problem, you need to get the quest over when you come closer with her to the waterfall, before you get the quest item.
What i did, was that i saved before taking the quest item, and after i took it and failed the patty quest, i reloaded, went outside, got her to complete that quest, then finished the primary.

Nothing happens. The build up with Patty is a total fucking letdown.
You walk with her to the waterfall, kill some lizards, she says a few things along the way. You get there and she says she will wait outside for you. You go in, get the armor piece and walk outside. She asks if you got what you needed, you say yes and she says okay and walks off. That's it. The last you see of Patty.

You sure? As soon as I got close to the waterfall I got a message that she will wait for me. The same message you get for Fred when you turn to nautilus for example. I figured it will continue after I'm done, but instead it was canceled. Oh, well, don't really mind  |
Yes, finished that quest today. She did the same to me, said she would wait but if you talk to her again the quest is over, I see no reason why you should complete the quest in the cave then come back just to tell her you did it, that would make sense if she gave me the quest or something. |

Exactly, she was there to help me finish it. The fact she left behind made me think that after the cave there might be something else to do, so I postponed the conversation with her until I'm done.
Anyway, since it was a dead end with her anyway, who cares now

guys i have couple of questions please:
1.how is the game progress works?i have 30 hours of gameplay already and still in chapter 1?
2.how to collect money from 2 geys at harbor city?the walmet boss and his neighbour?
3.where for god sake can i found a normal sword???i want to kill the freaking apes.
im a novice to all the rpg stuff.my first rpg game.

and btw.i joined the Don.then i went up there,where a lot of orks,i saw i cant kill even one of them.so i runed back to the camp and 3 orks runed after me.they killed almost everyone in the camp.what i suppossed to do now?????

They probably won't be bothered considering the AVENGED clone works fine by just mounting in DT Lite.

why hes always saying "i have to pick this or find a key".
i have highset level in locks picking.but there are chests and some doors i cant open.like a door in ruined castle on the east coast?

How to beat a F*CKING Org ..... i'm strengt 90 i have a blade with 70 damage and swordfighting level 8 but i simply can't beat one

Don't get hit. Even with the best armor (before Titan) they can kill you in 2-3 hits.

how to collect money from tildas boss in city?
i did killed his cow and put head at his bed but hes not reacting.
i came to him 100 times after that and he keeps saying "you killed a perfect animal" all the time.
i tried to beat him too.but he wont pay.
