Just got to Chapter 4 today..Ch3 was pretty short after I figured out what to do.
Need help with the Ch4 quest.
Spoiler: | need help with finding the armor piece that's near the Don's Bandit camp in the swamp. I got into the ruins just fine, but can't find the bust needed to open a gate. I found one, which is a "King's Bust" but the other is no where to be found. I checked all the corpses and everything. |
Thanks for anyone who can help. I'm still pretty impressed with this game, I will probably be trying a mage some time after I complete it with my swordsman.

you can use that for levitation distance and speeds as well. |
what do you mean with edit pc_hero?? is that a command? can you elaborate a bit more? thank you!

Hmm, I wonder how much wisdom u need to have good spell power?
I ask becouse:
Spoiler: | I've found under monastery a lot of bookstands and now when I have lvl ~15 I have around 80 WISdom, and that's a lot for me comparing to 53 STR I've got ATM |
And i wonder wouldn't be interesting to load back save and go mage path...

I don't think Wisdom affects spell power at all (hover over it and it doesn't mention it at all, compare to str/dex which boost melee/ranged)? You only need it to unlock the seals - only way to boost spell power is increase the level of the spells.

Hmm, so WISdom adds only mana pool? I noticed no info over STR/DEX and I thought that his is only missing info. Oh well.... i will stick to melee. Thanks.

Is there any cheat so you can permanently fly or travel to a spot of your choice on the map? I am on the mission of collecting the armor pieces and am tired of running around doing these boring mission.

I think you can give yourself the pieces using the console. Not sure how this will affect the quest triggers though. But seriosuly you should have stones that will bring you within 2 minutes walking from the tombs. Use the speed spell as well.

You can give yourself stuff with the console, but of course you'd need to know the exact item name as it is in the game files... Don't think there's a full list of all items anywhere yet?

Ah, that's cool then... Off-topic, but does that work with Gothic games as well?

THE biggest problem in the game for me and a bit of a letdown was that once i got the Best armor and weapon and once i equiped it all, believe it or not, i could not find a single enemy in the game, nowhere in the world, i cleaned it all.
The best i could do was destroy other npc...so yes, little less quailty in terms of gameplay and story near the end was a bit of a letdown...
BUT....and this is a biiiig BUT, i look on Risen as sort of a conceptual reboot ofthe Gothic series, so as far as Risen 2 goes, i hope they will make it the worthy equivalent of Gothic 2, since this first part was obviously most similar to Gothic 1.

You mean the
Spoiler: | Titan's armour |
?
It's not really an armour - it's more of a quest item designed to let you beat the last bosses. I mean it even gives you +6 Axe skill in case you are a mage :\

exactly... i mean it was a great reward to get that armor... but the world is pretty empty in the last chapters
town is almost dead etc... there should have been another island to travel to.
