So, sort of like fraps, where it shows your FPS, is there a program that shows the temp of your hardware in game?

EVGA has a tool called "Precision" which shows temps and usage ... though I don't know if it's compatible with other hardware.

i think 'ati tray tools' can overlay stuff like that
most of it's functions work on nvidia hardware too

ya, using that now. game crashed with a high pitch squeel so I was curious if stalker was heating my card way up, playing it on mostly high with those updated textures and is about 60C
