When I'm trying to launch it, I see the razor logo appear then disappear few seconds later and nothing else. What have I missed?
Edit: Restart solved it.
i7 6700k @ 4.4 GHZ, 2060s, 16 GB RAM, SSD, Windows 10x64.

Since the engine behind Fifa10 PC is the same as the PS2 version, he means: "Why isn't it the same as newer consoles?!?..".
As you can see, PC isn't mentioned

The irony was that PC gamers are very anal about console ports but once "specifically for PC developed" FIFA is out everyone starts whining about how they want console a version.
Oh and no, PC version doesn't look like PS2 or whatever was that you were aiming to say. |
I know it might sound weird, unbelievable etc. but the physics engine, AI, and most of the gfx engine (like stadiums, audience, players models, turfs) are the same as those appeared in FIFA 2004 (which was identical to the PS2 version).
The exclusive PC version only got a slight pass of shaders, mantaining the old structure inalterated.
If you can't believe it, simply take a look at the folders: FIFA 10 and FIFA 04 use the same type, amount and extensions of game files, all for our exclusive awesome pleasure. 
EDIT: so, why EA should do this?
It's simple, they want a "low profile" PC version in order to not scratch console sales. I can understand them, since business is business, but they have to say the truth.

But the normal thing to do if you don't want to hurt console-sales is NOT to release a game for the PC. It's not to release a COMPLETE CRAP game that's worth absolutely nothing. It's really disgusting, I think. There should be some sort of law to prevent this.

My first reaction on seeing this is that it must be a joke played by EA on the "pirate" community by releasing an unfinished game that has graphics similar to something on a PS1.
Absolute fuckin dross.
