Why ? because he mentioned mods from the previous game? They may not be any major mod for clear sky but you can still tweak the shit out of it.

I didn't pay for both games to wait for few patches to make it playable and make game *final*.
And even after many patches Clear Sky still got problems with faction scripts for example.
You've play it w/o problems? Great. I had crashes to desktop and many annoying things and watching official forum I wasn't the only one.

Well that's the thing, i can find 100s of releases but not many good releases.
And then you have 10 dif patches to choose from.
Maybe that's why no one have the strength to update the releases etc.
Edit: Ok got it working after lot of shit, at least it is 15.0.10 now!
I found some nice GFX mods, SHARP and some others. Any tip on mods you really liked?

Holy shit it's out already. 
But the only PC I have with me right now is my laptop and it's running XP SP3. 
Guess I'll wait for a proper crack... which shouldn't take long since SF is easily cracked in most russian games methinks.

STALKER Call of Pripyat-FREELANCER
Tried to install it but it gives a .net framework error on win7x64 because of 'invalid characters'. Tried to run setup.exe manually but it doesn't help, might have something to do with the cyrillian characters i think, dunno for sure have to sort it out later, running out of time.

Maybe if you set your keyboard language and stuff to Russian? There's been a few russian games where that's worked for me.
