all I see is this ????? ???? ?? ????? I followed this link http://californiadream.com/workshops/info/winXPLang/winXPlangInstallConfig.html when I checked these two boxes I inserted the winxp disk and it did copyed some files, but in the step where I go to details I don't see anything but English.

Maybe you have US only or other region specific version of XP ? For these you need to install MUI packages.

You probably are trying to run a non-Unicode application, that's why the "???."
