tried the mini image, but even with dt pro vide and yasu it says emulation detected. any solution? wanna try to check if my problem is crack related

Well, in my opinion it absolutely rocks ! The handling (after I got it just how I wanted it) is the perfect blend of arcade and sim. The feeling of speed is the best I've ever experienced.
It also looks great and is really smooth ! Not a hint of a crash or a hickup in the 2-3 hours I've played.
Those that can't get it to run properly on their laptops (lol) stick to GRID. No game will run fine on all PCs, I get the known speedup in red faction ffs, lol. So quit your rage-whining and bashing.

meh , it's pretty good game , hard to think of it as a game of the nfs series since the recent stuff (MW excluded) is garbage.
but it's a nice game , sure , framrates tend to drop at certain races but it's patchable
graphics are nice and run better than GRID at the same detail level , and i dunno , GRID was to blurred for my taste and car handled had no weight , here the cars handle better imo .
i play on high details at 1024 and most times it runs quite well , but as a mentioned earlier at certain races it lags quite hard , even with lower details

what fps are u getting with your specs?

Same here. Game loads for a second, then music continues, but loading stops. After a while I can start Task manager with Ctrl+alt+del and kill it off. Installed Physx and newest drivers, no help. |
used windows 98/me emulation and it did the job for me .. |

One silly question, did u copy all files in crack folder, not just the .exe one...im asking bcz my friend didn't and encountered the same problem, then he copied all 3 files and it worked -.-

they are long regardless of what your doing ingame.,, even if you go out from a 0/3 race type and goes back in it takes same time as it did the first time around lol... should be nicely cached and instant but its not...
im betting there will be need for patch soon if enough whine about it... unless there is one already mentioned forthcoming..?

Yeah I copied all except the keygen
EDIT: Seems to work now i tried copying over agian

It runs bad on all ATI cards ? Are you sure ? Even with 9.9 drivers ? (smooth sailing on my gtx260)
Is there any way to take screenshots from the "photo mode" I tried and it wanted to upload them, lol, but I'm not logged in of course.

Runs great on my 4890. 1680 res, 4xAA, everything set to max. No slowdowns, nothing. Load times are ass though and make it no fun to play.

on my laptop it runs much worse than grid which also looks better.. and on my mainrig the game crashes every 30 secs. damn thats some nice q&a that ea got there. definately the most overhyped game this year
