Btw, the tutorial had a part where they explained how you could write speeches. How do I do that in the game again? I missed that part.

On the mainpage it says
TROPICO 3 (PC) launches October 20th!
TROPICO 3 (Xbox 360) launches February 2010!
Edit: nvm, Nov 6th for EU release it seems... got defaulted to US page which says what i pasted above =)
