Should be working in RELOADED version unless their crack is bad or physx coming with some release day game update.

Actually it's "illegal" (ok, they won't go to jail, but you know what I mean) to sell the game earlier than the date the publisher specifies. So, it's a problem with the stores, not Eidos. |
But that's my point; it's still penalising the legitimate customer, for doing nothing but paying money for a game they want.
Average Joe isn't going to stop and think "Hold on, this isn't due out for another two weeks.. I'm not buying it. I'll just wait" when presented with the chance of buying it off the shelf. Hell, average game wouldn't even know nor care about the "official" release dates. |
It certainly is a bad decision of Eidos to not include PhysX and I guess that the readme doesn't say anything like "you need to download a patch to enable it", but it's also the fault of the stores for causing extra trouble.

It has been hinted twice by the dude from Eidos that PhysX will be enabled by midnight, since around that time Steam, D2D, etc will make the game available.

Reloaded's crack works fine on the D2D version. The full Reloaded one will be finished in a few mins, will let you know.

Since the retail uses only Securom disk protection, maybe we can get a clone and run without a crack.

+1 eidos+securom got kapwned before release, almost everyone and his mother played and finished the game.
Then, at release, they got kapwned again.
Now we wait for the patch, when it's out, RLD or BAT(lol) will crack it and another kapwnage will ensue.
Although this is some strange shit the developers are pulling off, releasing an unfinished game like that ... shameless. Anyway ...

The crack works fine. It's 3 files, though one is only the launcher. Its the BMAstart thing, the launcher and the whysosrs.dll thingie. Did those and it works fine...
