Didn't like what i saw with physx enabled in D2D version.I expected more eye candy enviroments and effects like Darkest of Days where physx truly improve the whole experience.

Can someone please try out RLD's crack with the old version and check if it's screws those dam DRM triggers? Else for people who already have the old copy, it would be waste to download the whole copy again if it's only a crack issue.

Supposedly 24Mbit, but we never see more than 8Mbit Sad 1MB/s max DL, usually hovering around 950KB/s *sigh* We've gotten on to the ISP and they say they'll look into it, but they never do.

Yeah, it's pretty bad. As for being bad for Norway? Sadly no, you're thinking of those jammy cunts in Sweden. Norway isn't as fast as Sweden when it comes to net connections. We've only just started getting FIOS over here.

The D2D and retail are the same size, so I hope it means all the files are already at the D2D version and I can just get the crack instead of re-downloading.

maybe they build in a date check. try setting your system date on 15th and check if the physx stuff is available (dont have the release, so i cant test)

Actually it's "illegal" (ok, they won't go to jail, but you know what I mean) to sell the game earlier than the date the publisher specifies. So, it's a problem with the stores, not Eidos.

Doesn't work and the PhysX files are confirmed to be older than those in the demo... exactly like the leak. So it must be a patch, I can't think of anything else!

But that's my point; it's still penalising the legitimate customer, for doing nothing but paying money for a game they want.

Average Joe isn't going to stop and think "Hold on, this isn't due out for another two weeks.. I'm not buying it. I'll just wait" when presented with the chance of buying it off the shelf. Hell, average game wouldn't even know nor care about the "official" release dates.

I'm convinced that Nforce will find a solution to enable PhysX before tomorrow. Eidos go to hell, it's more than senseless to my eyes.
