(Though it might not matter, mine is set to Sweden and I don't get Swedish localization even for titles that have it as a option.)

Yep, everything set to English.
Meh, I think I can live with Polish subtitles....
Anyway, I can confirm that The Club key works, I activated Guerilla with it and it works with RE5 as well.

Well just installed the game. Setup was in English and game is in English. My OS is Win7 USA English version and everything in OS is set to USA and English.
C2D E6750 @ 3.2Ghz, 4GB 800MHz DDR2 4-4-4-12, GeForce GTX 260 c216 OC 896MB, 3.2TB, Windows 7 Ultimate x64

Mouse aim feels really bad, different sensitivity when running and aiming because they just slapped on mouse+kb controls over gamepad ones. Also if you play with mouse+kb you lose a cool looking laser sight and instead get a cheap crosshair. Playing with gamepad highly recommended.
Other than that game feels amazing to play at 60FPS with no screen tearing (which plagued console versions).

Check if there is a codec conflict.What package do you have installed?K-lite maybe?

Yep. K-lite codec pack 5.1.0... I'll try to change to a different renderer to see if there's a difference (maybe haali)...
But i don't think it's that cause i had cutscenes in the beginning.

Disable ffshow and subs auto load if you have them enabled.Try to repair the package if you still have problems.

If the problem is with ffdshow, you can always add the game's EXE to the disabled apps list in ffdshow.

Did you try setting english language in the game launcher?
Seems to work for me.

Well the game has some LAN option when you start game (I'm playing on offline profile), but I didn't try.
You can choose if you want people to join your game via LAN.
Probably it works.
