wonder if they're serious about the 90gb a month limit ... not much point having 16mbit in that case (although it's only $5 per extra 40)

asus z170-A || core i5-6600K || geforce gtx 970 4gb || 16gb ddr4 ram || win10 || 1080p led samsung 27"

When i subscribe they told me that for 10$ extra they give me up to 210gb. The rest is a 1.50$ the extra GB for a max of 30$.

But i really want to know if i will really at 1.6mb/sec

all services with isp's these days are sold on the basis of "Up to (insert speed offered here)"

this means if your lines go shit, or the line is shit anyhow, and you fail to hit your "supposed max" then they can say on phone to you on support (after you prob paid to call them)

"im sorry sir but the service states that its possible to get the max we offer but it can be anything up to that as well depending on your graphical locaiton/line quality etc etc..

Enjoy the world of buisness scams/how to offer something you prob wont get unless you live in denmark and those areas...

Bell normally does pretty good for speeds but I thought it was Bell that did DPI for torrent idling and stuff. So FTP and HTTP should be very close to the max but after that you might see slower speeds.

Edit: I just wanted to say, I scrolled up and saw your location and read it as Finland. It startled the shit outta me for a minute, I thought you were talking about a diff ISP.
