Glad I still got my CD key I bought from gamekeystore when the game was new. That thing served me well over the years.
Also I am not sure it is possible to play LAN / Single player at all without a legit cd key. When you launch either the single player or multiplayer version of the game it still asks you to login to your online account. Might need a crack to get around that.

SP (Offline) doesnt require sh*t. Only Online Accounts do.

I have the game installed but the reg key was deleted on my last format. Can someone please post the content of the key (without cd key of course) so i can install the patch. I dont have the DVD at home.

no need for, there is an exe in the support folder in Battlefield 2 folder where you can enter cdkey.

I have teh cd key, the 1.5 patch wont install cause there's no registry key to tell him where the game is installed

Reinstalled it, install the patches and after updating servers list, there was 541 servers and only 60% of them were playable. So i dont know how some poeple here say "its one of the most played game", its far from it. But it felt good to play it again after over a year. I might start playing again.
Does those booster pack maps appear in the normal server list?

I cannot figure out how to be able to have a lan/hamachi game for people without cd keys, i've tried everything and thought it would be much easier if the server/host just had a crack.

It's only available in BF2: Special Forces expansion pack maps.

A fix for alt-tab crash is out. It's just a DLL file which will later be added to a full patch installer.
