Actually Breezer_ even if you launch the game options menu without copying the crack the PhysX option will still be hidden, trying to launch the actual game won't work though as it uses SecuROM online authentication so a crack is necessary without a valid serial number.
(But now instead there's a few triggers and the physx option seems to cause some bugs, might also be crack related though it's hard to say for sure what the game does.)

Saving problem was corrected via a updated crack, mentioned on the previous page, however gliding is still problematic and so is enemy damage ratio to the player plus health regeneration and maybe the PhysX acceleration.

The best "I WANT PLAY NOW !!!" games pred like month or two before release date and guess what... They were a Demo from developers of game leaked for pre purchasing or totaly triggered piece of GALAXY MAP IS NOT WORKING !!! The game names were Assasins Creed and Mass Effect was like 2 months to wait for crack for both the games. Pretty Fucked up uh ?

A new crack from who made save fix was released. Glide and glidekick is said to be working now. Going to test it now.

Confirming, Glide is working with the new crack. Hopefully there won't be any more glitches now.
