I see a ban hammer here but I alreay got a banned xbox360 so I'll grab the single player disc 1,
dont think I'll bother with the multiplayer until a official scene release then I'll grab the multiplayer disc to use on my unbanned machine,even if & when this ones downloaded theres no way im putting the disc in my unbanned xbox360 just in case it puts a flag on the machine upto MS,this is gonna be one of them use at your own risk early releases

Its worked for since the first stealth firmware has been released. You are correct Glottis that Microsoft knows when to ban people. I might be on a list for all i know. Until then i will always use this method.

LOL it's like everyone has his own little ritual on how to evade bans. I'm sorry, but you saying "you will be fine" is meaningless. Only MS knows for sure how bans happen. |

I am on the message board, they are saying that the guy who said that he had it said "Sorry guys just pretending, I don't have the game, bye" but others are saying that the info he had was too good to be fake and he might have just been scared off

If you look at the image and find the line "Original PE Filename: atlas_cache_release.exe
This should represent that he actually had the game.
The reason why is because ODST was codenamed Atlas before being announced.

It looked real to me too. I think the guy just got scared off with all the talk on the board about banning and Microsoft coming after him. He will probably still end up uploading it. Looked too good to be fake

downloading now from usernet,may as well give it a try nothing else downloading,uploader uses email anon@nsa.gov hopefully this is a tongue in cheek laugh at the security agency & assuming its not someone from them actually uploading it ah well soon see whe the feds come knocking,lol
doesnt say but im assuming this is the campaign disc Im downloading
On another note I thought that buying games from anywhere in the EU france/germany /spain/italy if you play them on a english xbox360 with language set to english then games should fully play in english?

Hm. It seems like the uploader is only uploading the first DVD?
I wonder if he'll upload the second DVD too. With the MP and new maps.
