Yeah, there are a few of them out there, but not sure if they work with Warhead (due to SDK issues Rolling Eyes).

But what I really liked about the CryEngine2 modding was how it was possible to mix almost any mod with almost any other (through flowgraphs). Smile

+1$

careful tho, now we're wolf fanboys , huhu ....

(apparantly its : either you HATE a game with all your passion, or you LOVE a game with all your passion ... making you either a HATER or a FANBOY (in this case).

which is like soooo retarded ...

i think im more of a wolf fanboy than you, cause im saying wolfenstein (2009) sucks and should be named NaziCry2 or so. RTCW is still the better game.

So because you say it sucks, then it obviously does right?

Cool Face

Gosh, whatever happened to personal opinion .. and when did it morph into cast-iron fact? Bah, I say! Bah! Castle Wolfenstein rules, Beyond Castle Wolfenstein rules, Wolfenstein 3D (and expansion) rules, Return to Castle Wolfenstein rules, Wolfenstein 2 rules.

Yes, there are games in the series before your beloved RtCW -- and each one is equally awesome in its own way, including the much-hated 2009 sequel.

+Quick Edit+

Oh yeah and Wolfenstein RPG is fucking godly, on iPhone or standard phone. I emulate it on my PSP using PSPKVM Laughing

Fun game, but it was strangely head ache inducing to me in the same way the old Doom games were.

Think I'm a bit dizzy now.

Damn, as soon as I finished the Cannery stage and arrived in Downtown the game starts crashing at certain loading screens and replaying older levels. Seems to be a known problem, some save corruption probably...well I'm not going to start all over now.

I have just completed the game. This was fucking great! Very Happy A lot of Nazi killing and a good mix of Sci FI tech and Occult freakiness, I think it's worthy of The Wolfenstein title. I don't see what all the fuss is about, a lot of reviewers should be lined up and shot. I mean, why do they hate this game so much? I guess it's because they love to hype games that has zero content except good gfx and can be played by a 2 year old blindfolded kid.

And what's that about the game being short??? I have played the last couple of days, and must have put 12-15 hours into it on the second hardest level (Bring it on!!!) Very Happy

So my advice to those who haven't played it, try it if you like Wolfenstein, Quake, Half-Life etc. It's really not so bad as many want it to be, but it's not Shakespeare either Very Happy

@Maul

Same! I guesstimate my play length to have been around the same; 12-15hrs .. and yeah, Bring It On difficulty too. Honestly, anyone was claims they beat it in less than 5 hours is either full of shit, or they just legged it through each mission and without doing any side-missions in the game.

Such a waste. >_>

This game ... was not something unusual. BUT good action anyway. Although the end part was a bit wata fata. Not the end itself, but the "final battle." So dam stupid and weird.

And this game made my eyes hurt and tired extremely quickly.

Out of boredom I read the thread from its first pages and this page needs to be stickied lol, you guys made me laugh so hard, thanx : )

About the AA method described in previous pages, it won't work for me using Windows Seven rtm, and latest nvidia drivers. I just added Wolf2.exe in the NVIDIA control panel and overrided default AA settings with x16Q and... no changes in-game... Same for the XR_DA exe trick...

Am I missing something ?

You need rename the exe to XR_3DA.exe and set global AA to "overwrite application setting". Worked for me and others on Guru3d.

The game works fine in Windows 7. What graphics card does your brother have? Has he updated to the latest drivers?

Ok I found out about my problem with AA, you need drivers pre 190.xx for it to work, therefore it can't work with the latest drivers Windows Seven automatically retrieved

http://forums.guru3d.com/showpost.php?p=3253581&postcount=311

(Better explained)

EDIT : some say it worked with latest 190.62, just tried here and still no differences, be it framerate or visual quality, either by renaming Wolf2.exe to XR_DA.exe or by simply adding Wolf2.exe to NVIDIA control panel.

Time to give up, really : )

I was planning on writing an indepth review of this game but I think I'll sum it up in one sentence:
accurate depiction of post WWII events without the AA. : D
