I've rewatched it and that movie movie is really overrated. Monty Phytons Quest for the Holy grail is waaaaaay better and definitly deserves a 9/10 but not life of brian...

I'll be back you Commie Duck, just you wait. You haven't heard the last from me!

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

On-Topic: The Andromeda Strain (2008 series): 3/10.

Where to begin? Shit actors(the president, the dumb major from the team, the dreamy female doctor, the survivor from the small town), dumb scenes(the hilariously dumb decontamination sequence Laughing, the F-16 scene), and one hell of a messed up plot.

And IMO they were trying too hard on the science side(Buckyballs + infernus bacteria + communication between the several pockets of the virus + the fire created a new strain of the virus).

I haven't seen it yet but I can guess the original 1971 movie is much better than this shithouse series.

Have you seen the documentary on it where the councils banned it even though they didnt know who was complaining about it or why it was being banned. crap description, but if you can find the documentary, watch it.

Drag Me To Hell - 8.5/10

finally caved and watched the dvdscr (Drag.Me.To.Hell.WS.DVDSCR.NTSC.DVDR-DELETHiS was pretty decent and has 5.1 DD). Pretty awesome movie... glad to see raimi hasn't lost his touch for mixing comedy and horror.

I rate a movie for how entertaining it was and I found alot of the jokes and especially the speech defect jokes aren't funny imo. Or biggus dickus. Am I 5 years old to laugh about this?

The Informers 0/10 - A movie about exactly nothing at all. No plot, no character development, no fucking nothing. A snorefest of a kind in line with Garden Party.

Inglorious Basterds 3/10

Painfully boring. too much talking, or in this case, reading and not to mention that the basterds parts are like 40% of the movie.

Banlieu 13 Ultimatum - What a pile of horse shit!

The story sucked ass, the action scenes were ridiculous, the sound editing was cheap and the camera work was awful.

Sad Banlieu 13 was such a great movie but ultimatum was just pure ultimate fail Sad

I mean even the nazis swastikas pointed in the wrong direction Laughing
