For a limited time only, purchase a qualifying GeForce GTX 260, GeForce GTX 275 or GeForce GTX 285 graphics card and receive a coupon good for the digital download of Batman Arkham Asylum, PC version.
I looked into it a bit deeper cause I was curious how I'd get teh game if I bought my video card and the game isn't even out yet.
Seems the X360 version leaked a bit early, there's a region free release out based on posts in the thread in the console section.
(Might be useful for those with modded X-Box 360 systems who don't feel like waiting a bit longer for the PC edition, or who'll end up playing both editions anyway.)
On another note I guess the pre-order DLC bonus map, PS3 Joker challenge maps and the scarecrow store bonus challenge map are good candidates for the games first DLC additions via Marketplace/PSN Store.
(I'm fairly certain I've read that they'll also plan DLC for the PC edition, kinda pointless with a Marketplace link in the main menu otherwise - although as of LIVE 3.0 marketplace works from within the game as well via the LIVE system menu.)
TexMod you mean? won't work based on the file layout of the demo.
Game will probably use LIVE and some protection like SecuROM (Might not need online verification though.) which are started from a dedicated launcher (It's already in place in the demo but you can still start the main game directly.)
This prevents TexMod from working as you can't hook it and run the main EXE directly.
(Bit of a limitation of the program, would be better to hook it by starting it later from alt-tab and selecting any active running program, similar to Cheat Engine or TSearch to use a somewhat OK comparison.)

EDIT: Re-read your post, sorry, I'm an idiot.

just played the xbox360 version and ... ouch its a horrible graphical turd all textures washed out, they even have gigantic pixels , all models are low polygon , no smoke or environment destruction , no moving debris (paper, wall chunks etc... ), no AA
waiting for the PC... its the first time the Ageia showed it can change the gameplay...no like the gimmicks in Mirrors Edge

WHAT!...playing it on my 46" sony and I love it. Can't say it looks bad at all!. Good game all in all, but this isn't really the place to worship 360 games .
Still...the PC version will be thoroughly enjoyable. As one of the ol boys here I read The Darknight Returns from Frank Miller back in the 80s, not that the game comes even close to that, but it sure does have some "real" bat feel to it.

but on the console version there is no smoke = you can't hide in it thats CUT , no debris that hurt or distract the enemy thats CUT .... and thats gameplay mechanic RIGHT THERE !!!!
in Mirrors Edge it was a gimmick means no gameplay adding mechanics but here it adds a lot , add to it the explosive bat kit , electricity sparks that hurt the enemy etc... and you see why the console version is shait
even more in-depth view on the PC version

So, gaming sites are giving an average of 91,33% for a console game that lacks of:
1.AA and overall graphics
2.Smoke(gameplay)
3.Debris(gameplay)
4.Destructable enviroment in general
Signature/Avatar nuking: none (can be changed in your profile)
