Yes that's right, this gaming year has been horrible up this this point, aside Prototype, which was fairly decent, even though with below average graphics (or maybe it is just me that has a very excessive taste), this gaming year has been a total and complete disappointment.

Yeah, not the most fun year but I think 2010 will look really sexy.

May not be the worst, but pretty much up the with the worst...  So many games delayed because of MW2, it's just embarrassing.

Yeah this year has been...meh and something is saying me that we PC users won't see AC2 along with the console versions 
Anyway there are MW2, OPF2, Batman, Borderlands, RF guerrilla, RE5, Dragon Age, Dirt 2, NFS Shift, Battlefield 1943, NBA 2k10, The saboteur etc.. coming this fall

But seeing that alot of game change the release date for next year. I think 2010 will be more awesome then this year.

Age of Mythology, Arx Fatalis, Battle Raper, (Blood Rayne was ok I guess), Commandos 2, Disciples 2, Divine Divinity, Morrowind, Ethnic Cleansing  , Gothic II, Hitman 2: Silent Assassin, Icewind Dale II, Medieval: Total War, Soldier of Fortune II, Stronghold: Crusader and Warcraft III were all released in 2002.
And that's just the primarily PC titles, there were many good titles on the consoles as well.

you forgot Mafia and GTA 3 for the PC
05 was a shitty year , only good games were
FEAR , SC 3 and a couple or so more .. |

Yeah had to drop those little games to make room for Battle Raper...
Really have to replay Mafia again before the sequel comes out, I think I played it through like 3 times in a row when it came out. Superb game.
GTA 3 I hated because my comp at the time was so crap I could only play in the top-down mode. Even the first mission was hard as hell. |

i played max payne on 233mhz 384sdram and voodoo2 , i didnt even need fucking bullettime at 15 or less fps .. and of course i finished it |

Hmm, I don't even remember anymore... Might've been Voodoo 3 at that time. It was so annoying because I could go into the proper 3rd person mode for a few seconds, then the whole game freezed & crashed. The top-down mode was more a novelty, it really made the game impossible to play.
