Imo RTCW is more fun than this dumbed down console crap... im totally disappointed in Raven/ID..
This game is a punch in the face to some PC gamers..

if you read interview with raven about this game theris a question why the game lucks FSAA.they told "because they have no time to implement FSAA".
no time for developers means FUCK PUBLISHER THAT IS ACTIVISION

Why can't people enjoy the damn game and screw the graphics. Its been a long summer without anything to freakin play and we are arguing over how this game looks. At least argue about the gameplay or something else.

graphics are important. they help with the immersion. a well made game with great graphics, makes for a MUCH more thrilling and entertaining experience, than a game with a great story and graphics that look like they were made by a 5 year old scribbling in crayon.
graphics do not make a great game, but shitty graphics... especially these days when there really is VERY little excuse for them especially in a major production, ARE worth calling a game out for.
also, i think... again, this is PURELY judging from every single screenshot posted here by you guys, i STILL think that the art design sucks ass, especially when it comes to level design... and given that this is down to the design talent, theres really no excusing it... but like i said, this is purely based on the screens, so maybe you guys have been seeing some beautiful design work in the game.. just stopping to take snapshots of all the shit  |

and chiv, stop judging level design from screenshots lol. That's like judging a movie from the trailer, or a book from the backcover ...

Finished the game. Solid 8/10 for me. Last boss is ANNOYING.

i extracted the mdf with winrar and installed from the extracted folder , since it didnt have any image i couldnt use the original exe to play , so i used the razor exe .. and it crashed.
MP works fine tho ..
anyone had this problem?

no problems with the game here , played about 2 hours , looks a fair decent fps , im likin it soo far, now , ill finish it next week , im headin to Palma de Maiorca for hoolidays

no wonder btw , i tried it using my specs (check sig) , but the MP part worked and that's why i'm surprise that SP doesnt , oh .. that and Q4 and D3 ran well on this rig back in the day |

This games singleplayer is amazing. Nothing more needs to be said. It kicks ass.
However, the multiplayer is fucking horrible. Really, really bad.

Lol they say u walk faster in veil mode, but they just extend POV a bit so it looks like u move faster but u aren't. Well a little bit but not alot:P

This trick has been used in a lot of games, usually from the driving and flight genres. Cheap, but the masses don't notice. |
