The date was changed several times. The owners of the new place' deal with their new place fell through and then fixed itself again. Had to wait a little and then got put back and again. Pain in the ass, but im glad we are finally on the property ladder. I will try to post pics when I get some time. Need to go now, its 9:08 AM and I have a lot of cleaning/mopping to do, the place has been empty for a year :\

Yeah I always thought he was UK based, but it wasnt till the other day that I saw his google search fun thread post that it showed "canada" in google as his area.. like if i go google.com it puts me on the UK site for google..
Anyhow just made me wonder

Actually i moved back 
Hated living in york tbh, all my family and friends are here, was just shit, house was nice but we can afford somewhere bigger/nicer back here on the outskirts of town for the same price we where paying there.. plus my ex lives out there and i was sick of her constant shit..
got my studio/office, set up in the converted garage (double garage turned into a studio with some really awesome interior work, wall mood lighting, heated underflooring and some other really cool features needs lots of unpacking and cleaning but meh, pics anyway

I cant wait to get this room pimped out, got a sofa coming, a few ornaments and some sweet prints for the walls. Im gonna spend some money adding things to it, and repainting as the room has huge potential
will show more pics of the house tomorrow, its 00:21 AM
