To put this story short....
I finally made a deal and sold my apartment.
In this times of recesion, im quite happy with the amount of money i got from this deal.
The place witch im buying, owner doesnt want to drop the price. Im offering him 20.000€ less than he is expecting. I also checked his company status and he is in deep deep loans, so i think that he will drop it sooner or later. At least by the end of year, couse of his loans.
On the other hand, if this plan wont work, i also could build my own hose. Im also negotiating to buy some land (470 m2) and build house. I will get more space and lots of atrium round it for the same ammount of money, but this plan will sure last 1,5 or 2 years.
So, me and my GF are now moving to her parents apartment, witch is very annoying for me couse i dont know how much time will we stay there. Dont get me wrong, they are very nice people but still, im living on my own for 15 years now lol.
We also need to take credit (arround 50.000€), but in 20 years we will pay it back somehow lol. It is one of the largest step in my life, so im quite nervous about it.
On monday i have a meeting with this guy witch is selling land so i will keep you update.

he is in deep deep loans or his company is? Also, that could be a reason to hold out until he gets the asking price.
I'm putting my house up on the market soon but I'm going to rent instead of buying.

His company. He put mortgage on this real estate witch ends by end of year.
So by end of year if he wont sold it jet, he will have no choice other than sell it for droped price lol

If your under 40, I know what id be doing... Take the money if its plenty, and go footing it across the world, take a everest mountain strong tent and just GO....
By time youve seen plenty and done plenty you should be old enough to die and pass on knowing you have not been stuck in a 9-5 or worse time line job and not seen much..
Awesome wish I could do that, well I could but would mean leaving my son to fend for himself at 5 years old which is a nogo I guess..

my plan. Eventually.. Have a dog and have to wait until time passes and he lives his life. Need to impregnate numerous women around the world to sow my seed, anonymously, ofc. lol
