looking forward to v and sort of flash forward though flash forward will sort of get lame...
to my understanding is that it happens once... so if every episode is about the same people trying to solve / change what will happen couple months from now... it'll be kinda arrrgh 
V! if they keep it the same as the old where the end is super grim and dark and we lose then yay 
if they make it gay and happy and yay we have a chance lets run it for 6 seasons and then yay we win and aliens go home and yaaaaay then i'll be dissapointed that i wasted 6 seasons 
i want an invasion feel to it

V - I have a feeling that its going to be crap and be canned after a few episodes even the mothership looks cheap.
Caprica - Should be good.
The Pacific - Will be excellent tv
Stargate Universe - Nice visuals but the childish acting will kill it canned.

Too bad "The Unit" is not coming back.
But after that dreadful last season I wasn't really seeing the show making it for a 5th season. Oh well, I'll always have the first 3 seasons to watch.

Agreed. First seasons was awesome. Then they added to much drama to it. Should've sticked to the idea with tactical missions instead of some huge plot and stuff.
Shame about Life though, was a great series I really enjoyed. I will have to do with The Pacific though, it will probably be great.

I won't bother starting to watch any of the new shows, who knows what they will cancel?
I will wait a few weeks and hear what people say and when the show is still there after 8 or so episodes I might start watching.
It's just too damn annoying to start watching a series that gets dropped halfway through a season...

Is it just mer or does almost all new shows look exactly the same. You have a linup of a bunch of good looking modern hip people trying to look cool by pouting their lips.
V, Pacific and Flash Forward look interesting. Big lol at The Philantropist, looks like a campy 70's show.
Dont mess with God, he can impregnate your girlfriend/wife without taking his pants off!
