Ok right now I'm doing my 5900xt POV card on these frequencies:

Core Clock: 490

Memory Clock: 749

I have tried to get the core clock on 500 though it cant Sad
Anyway only raised the Memory Clock from 700 to 749

Now should I push it further??

*btw I use standard Cooling*

What are your temps?
BTW, consider buying either a water cooled system or a bigger air cooled piece like the Zalman. It's very quiet.

When you say standard do you mean STOCK? or just a CPU fan and some case fans? I would certainly suggest better cooling if you plan on clocking further, or your bound to damage your system.

I got one additional fan in the case and a big Zalman cooler on the CPU...
and then again I have the standard cooler on the 5900XT:

Then I recommend you stop overclocking until you get a better cooler. Could be very nasty temps on that card.

Hmmm indeed though havent come across any probs with applications with the settings above... tried them on NFSU 2, CS: Source and Doom 3

I wonder how well that would work lol, I doubt it would provide much solid cooling for chips, just blow away all that hot air to stop build up. Maybe if the chips had some big ass passive coolers on them it would improve things..
