Only party your gonna be having son at this rate is with a dialysis machine.. Maybe its a little too late to change it all by sounds of it.. Im guessing with such harsh organ removals, youve been given the speech of, "pull your shit together now, or you will be dead in a short time"
Organ removals especially important ones tend to give you that extra few years on ones life, but usually means your for the chop anyhow, ur just stalling the grim reaper.. Shame life is such a delicate thing to of abused it to such an extent is beyond comprehension...

I just had my gall bladder removed
doc things the liver issue is caused by the gall stones
i pRTY once a month
and i got codeine type stuff
no morpbine
i can only take 2 tops every 4 hrs

i can't do anything big for at least 4 weeks
i might lose a lot of weight in the first couple weeks
which is awsum
diarhea is all nice and all
im on pain killers that made me constipated
so ummm imma shit myself in 2 days

i don't even live that much of an extravagant life 
sure i'll have some weeks where i can drink daily
or some weekends where i can't even see straight
or something here and there
but it's not every weekend or every weekday
stop making me feel bad people! gaah!
liver thing isn't from drinking!
it could be cancerous
which ummm is hereditary and stuff...
and was mostly caused by gallstones and gallbladder bs 
just like they thought i have hep b and c when they took my blood while my gallbladder was inflated

Actually it's the primary storage organ considering it's the only one.
He'll have lots of problems if he eats any meal containing large amounts of fat considering he only has a trickle of bile, rather then a small reservoir waiting for release. Including indigestion, stomach cramps, pyrosis and acute diarrhea. In fact, depending on how healthy his liver is, he might get these symptoms from consuming just a small amount of saturated fat, as little as 10 grams of cheese could trigger the symptoms.
Any time he drinks a significant amount he'll suffer from severe gastritis, since he can't emulsify the fats required to metabolise the alcohol.

wait what?!!??! I haven't had any carbonated drinks since the operation. regular vitamin water, water, and ice tea if i drink coke or pepsi it'll kill my stomach? wtf??!?!!?
