But it happened to me 3 times 
Last time it happened i broke 2 hands and a wrist on a so called "friend" of mine and since then it never happened anymore

well , even if i'd be with the gf just for being with someone and i'd fall in love with the 'bait' i still wouldnt do it , i just wouldnt be fair .. i'd rather end it than cheat .

well, if there's boredom, there's prolly not much love left, so that was one my premises 
and she'd be hurt only if she'd find out.
let's say, for example, that you've been in a relationship for a while, it turned lame and now you're together just for the sex (or whatever other reason). if you have the chance to have sex with someone else (good looking, etc), why pass it up ? (we're assuming there's no way your girl would find out about it) i mean, you gonna break up with her soon anyway, you're just, waiting for the right moment 
if you want some more reasons.. perhaps you've been feeling down for a while (maybe even because of the relationship you're in), perhaps your girl only rarely wants to have sex, perhaps she got fat.. hehe, perhaps you're planning to use the sex with the other girl as a catalyst for starting the break up you've been postponing, so it would actually be good for everyone involved.. etc.
i could come up with a shit ton of this sort of stuff, point is that anyone would do it, given the right set of circumstances

Yes i have. Not really the faithful type, or I just havent found the right girl.
Could be a insecurity issue too, looking to get "confirmed" once in a while.
No im not INSECURE like in a typical nerdy way, instead a weak soul that has been trough a lot in my life.

nope.. very faithful.. always have been. My parents split due to adultery and its something I could never see myself doing. I have to be very connected with a person to even be friends with them these days, let alone sleep with them. so it really isnt an issue for me. Id never disrespect my girl like that.

Seems kinda strange that over 60% here say they don't cheat.
I never did, and I had several chances. But I have been cheated. I think the cheating part is not the worst, tho, it's the lies. At least I can feel I'm better than them after that.

Never cheated myself tho out of my 10 closest friends i'm the only one ... specially didnt get a gf through uni coz i new i would .....
worst is this guy who is in a relationship with a girl he thinks he will marry ... and regularly fucks prostitutes (since he works at an escort agency call center) ... typical russian orthodox ....

If its consensual and no strings attached sex....its not cheating cuz you know she will fuck another guy if one comes along. Always wrap up, thats all.
As for the topic, never cheated (well, I have, but at 15 years old...come on...I'm speaking from 18+...16 year olds bitching that their bf or gf cheated...stupid) in my adult life.
For me, its about trust. Cuz most ppl can tell if their partner has cheated (projected guilt).
And once you lose trust on that level....its almost impossible to get it back (for me, its impossible) to the level it was at originally. |
