I overate again when I promised myself I wont... and now I feel totally sick and I'm about to puke. Happens every saturday... Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad but I finally promise that I'm going to stop binging on the sweets. Don't want to become flabby.. ugh



1 and 2 are still amazing.

Pro tip: Stop eating the instant you stop feeling hungry, not until you feel completely stuffed. Also I suppose it would be more beneficial to have a lot of small meals over the day as opposed to 1-2 big ones, but I can't preach what I don't practise myself. Very Happy

Ugh fucking weddings, I got a "Blessing" to attend today, and I just know soon as I step over that threshold Im going to be fucking zapped by lightning lol.. Feel such a hypocrit going, but the misses has ordered me that I must lol.

Crazy shit, but I guess the pub lunch and drinks after will have to remedy my displeasure..

a craving usually lasts 15 minute , so count the time an drink water in that time and it'll pass , but stop thinking about food when you're not hungry .

and food after 6-7 pm is a no no
