So lets say I get banned... do they just ban the console and the actual account? Meaning can I just buy a new console and continue using that old account or would I have to make a new one with another XBL code?

Console.

Edit: Actually, depends on what you do. They only ban the console for flashing it and playing burned games.

Not sure if this console will get banned and I was planning on an getting an arcade anyways so thats fine then.
