I live in a house with 2 other guys and one of them is the landlord.
He's a right messy BASTARD! Not just messy though but unclean, and I can't abide it any longer. I've just had to clean the bathroom and I feel as if I need to be quarantined or something or given a deep clean.
He's always leaving his stuff everywhere, the bathroom is littered with all his toiletry crap and there's cups and bowls all over the place.
I'm not a clean freak or anything but he just takes the piss. He's the one that should be telling us to keep the place tidy, it's his house after all.

I could but it's a pain in the backside. Also, the location is really good, great for getting anywhere and the area is a nice area.
I did look at some other houses a little while back but couldnt find a decent one.

Have you tried talking with him? That usually helps. If that fails then retaliate

if it's really a disorder, talk with him about getting a cleaning lady or just offer him to clean the house, but in return you pay lower rent.
